  • Job site preparation
    Clear and safe access to work area
  • Equipment preparation
    Equipment to be in normal operation
  • Designated Employee
    To assist the thermographer such as removing electrical panels, as a guide to inspection locations, and for safety
  • Other Considerations
    Most outdoors inspections need to be done after sunset, under dry conditions, and wind speeds below 10mph. When inspecting building envelopes, there needs to be a temperature difference of 18°F or more for a reliable inspection.
